A4 lined writing paper (that comes in a writing pad) is an unheard of concept here. People use weird sized writing paper that is "college ruled" and, intriguingly, has three holes instead of two along the side. All the files here have three holes too, so it's not like you can get away with punching two extra holes ( Read more... )

HAHA. Must be so annoying!!

Spain's paper/files had at least 3 or 4 holes as well though. And they don't even have lined paper. It all looks like graph paper. I got Clara to bring me a foolscap pad from UK eventually.
