she likes what she sees, how he reacts, the way he feels in her head and between her legs.
...and...
she brims with knowing, arches her neck, her spine, and moves on him, over him, a rise and fall and flow
It's so beautifully, sensually written, we're just there, with her, and yet it's not really explicit, just these little details and visions that leave one gasping.
And the end is stunning. I'm glad you used that for the title. Perfect.

While I thrilled to the "Ain't gonna let you off that easy." back and forth (so much fun in the middle of so much heat), I found the ending to be pure poetry ~ suitable afterglow to one heck of a ride.
“River,” he says, before he’s inarticulate, and it starts then, comes on her from his stroking, from the rhythm, winds her tight and trembling, and when it’s finished, she collapses against him in a sticky-sweet tangle of limbs and hair and disassembled thoughts, white on black behind her lids, like stars. Like space.

& silly, for believing he’s bad when he’s good, wrong when he’s right where he should be, inside her and so deep, all swallowed up.

Marvelous, slightly twisty phrasing - so perfectly inside her head.
she brims with knowing
I absolutely love this bit, love her knowing that he wants her.

And this is glorious. geekmama is absolutely right in her word choice - a stunning ending.
