Regarding River/Mal nice to know I'm not the only one who spotted the chemistry between those two at the end of Serenity.

Pity they didn't do a sequel, I would have liked to see a 'sane' River, now she's aware of the reasons for her problems.

I would have liked to see a 'sane' River... Oh yes, me too, very much. After Miranda it seemed some burden was lifted from her and I've often wondered where Whedon would have taken her character had the story continued. I guess that's part of the reason I started writing in the fandom!
