smoking buddy
A kid approximately Son Goku's age. Lived an apartment away on Ukoku's floor before Ukoku moved to the seventh when Koumyou arrived. Likes games, cigarettes, butter chicken, and cute girls. Intelligent and sharp, but you could probably get one over him at the crack of dawn between him going out to the fire escape and lighting his first cigarette.
Limits are yet to be tested.
Admits to doing surveillance work before, and claims to not be much of a social person. Has agreed to take in a kitten, as reluctant as he is. Doesn't seem the type to have a pet, though, and he could possibly neglect even a plant.
Ukoku likes invading his fire escape every now and then in times of extreme boredom.
