I love you! You're beautiful! Clear liquids may not be good as food, but they're probably what your body can handle right now after having a chunk removed from digestive bits.
Remember the positivity you felt about not smoking! Once the chemical triggers cycle through your system, all of those positives will be back!
I recommend gum over patches -- it's better (for me!) to have something to do with your mouth. Though for me it was more about ritual and Doing Something than about actual chemical addiction.
Ugh, that sounds awful, but if it had to happen, I'm glad it happened to you in the hospital rather than after they sent you home. I hope you get to go home soon.
