fairyNakai had to happen, the moment I saw it in my mind I knew he was born to be a fairy. no one else pulls off short skirts just like him and then it's just hilarious [yeah, Kimu, you may have great legs, but you have nothing on fairyNakai].

[but I think they make the best ones] also the only thing better than SMAP making fun of Goro is chibi SMAP making fun of chibi Goro. we know it's all outta love anyway. and if you think about it, Kimu makes Nakai a fairy in a pink dress, so... [I swear there's a continuation of this story in my head, where everyone falls asleep and Kimu and Nakai sneak out to Kimura's empty room and Nakai teases him about it, "so you like to see me in a dress?" but Kimura asks him about the lumberjack thing and Nakai shuts up. then they make out, obviously. I am definitely not writing it, though. :D]

I had a really bad day today and goddamn if I don't feel a thousand times better after this fic made me GRIN AND GRIN AND GRIN SOME MORE.

One of the things I like best about it is that it kind of subverts the structure of a story. It has a story within a story, but that story is all fragmented and a jumble of different stories because different peopel are telling it, and isn't that like the world of fic when you look at it as a whole? A jumble of stories that don't quite fit together, told by different people... it's fascinating...

Some other less obscure thoughts:
♥ I love that Nakai covers up the fact that he was thinking about muscular Kimura chopping would by turning him into a cannibal
♥ I love that Goro not only went along with the concept of himself as a witch, but went into way too much detail about his costuming (we need more cross-dressing Goro fic!)
♥ Shingo hating carrots and not wanting to be boiled with them
♥ PINK RUFFLY FAIRY GODMOTHER NAKAI.

hah, I had this experience many times, [that is, having fandom cheer me up after a really bad day] so I can only say I am VERY HAPPY I could contribute to make someone else feel like that too. :D

gurrl, your mind. is brilliant. *_* I haven't thought about it that way, but I definitely agree. and you could say their stories [at least Nakai's and Kimu's parts, 'cause they tell them about other guys, not themselves] fit the category of fanfic in a way. lol. also, fairytales are really good material for rewriting, restructuring, reversing and turning stories inside out, me thinks.

we need more crossdressing in general fairy godmother Nakai hijacked my brain and doesn't want to leave it now. Mako-chan is probably what started it all. damn.
