It's been snowing increasingly heavily all day, from a few flakes at ten to a huge amount now. I didn't realise it was still snowing until just now when I saw my balcony ledge has about 8 inches on it - and it's not a wide ledge. There could easily be a foot of fresh snow up the mountain... two feet by tomorrow if thi keeps up - which means powder

I ate mozzarella today, with pesto, pasta, lettuce and Swiss cheese. De-lish. I agree with you about mozzarella, but for some reason I like it because of its texture.
It snowed here yesterday as well. Finally. I think I'd really struggle to drag myself through the year if the weather around me never changed.
