Heechul (i.e. Cinderella. Real Name=Kim Heechul)
Heechul. zomg Heechul. I have such a ridiculously huge bias for this boy, it's not even funny. I don't even know where to begin, except that Heechul is hilarious and wonderful and amazing and you'll never ever meet anybody else like him, ever. First off, in case you might have some misconceptions that might need correcting:
1. Heechul does not have any hidden abs of steel (HAHAH if he did he'd probably be flaunting them every. single. second.) In fact, I think that he might be skinnier than most girls in the U.S.A. :(
2. Heechul is also not (typically) hot. You know those voting "best" sites that you come across whenever you first type in a name? Like when you type in Changmin you get "Max Changmin--The Best Asian Cute Male", or "Max Changmin--The Best Looking Korean"? Yeah. Well, when you type in Heechul, what you get is "Kim Heechul--The Best Man Who Looks Like a Girl" sobbing forever. WHY DO I LOVE THIS MAN AT ALL.
You either love this guy or you hate him, but gosh, it's so, so hard not to love him after watching him and getting to know him. A whole bunch of people have this misconception that he's cold and arrogant and bitchy but god, he's anything but. He just has such a sharp tongue and such a unique sense of wit and um, okay, I can't explain the bitchy part because it's um kind of true. LOL but that's what I love about Heechul, he's just so himself everywhere he goes, like he doesn't need to put on a polite idol image like everybody else. You need to see him on Youtube so here you go. Most of the links that I watched back in the day are broken now, but here are some that I salvaged. I dunno about you, but I've always disliked watching videos longer than 6 minutes unless they're really, really good, so all of these in the list I've given you are pretty short, at most 4 minutes or so, and they're all hilarious.
- Heechul talks about his kissing experience.
- Heechul, that hypocrite, talks about Leeteuk and waking up in the morning.
- Heechul imitates Jessica. ROFL at Ryeowook's expression in the beginning.
- Heechul with Hankyung on YSMM. This is the only clip that's a little over 4 minutes; it's 6 minutes, but ngh, it's worth it. If you only watch one of the videos out of this list, watch this one. This was the one show that first made me love Heechul. The Hanchul cuts are beginning--1:56, 3:19--4:30, and then 4:59--6:52, if you'd like to skip through it.
- Heechul talks about Yunho and Jaejoong. Did you know that SM's original plan was to debut Yunho, Jaejoong, Heechul, and Kangin as Four Seasons? Lol I can't even begin to wrap my head around the concept, can you imagine the sheer amount of testoterone between Yunho and Kangin swaggering about? On one side you'd have Kangin and Yunho trying to out-manly each other and then on the other you'd have Jaejoong and Heechul fighting over the mirror and trying to out-pretty each other. Hahah it would either have been epic win or epic, epic fail. Anyways, Heechul talks about them in this clip and how they were really close and basically showed that closeness by fighting a lot. (Also, he looks really good in this clip. O.O)
- Heechul cries on Star King. I don't know how you can watch this still think that Heechul's a cold-hearted bastard. He might not come off as a gentleman like Siwon or a sweetheart like Sungmin, but I think inside he's really completely both of those things.
- Heechul dancing to BoA's Girls on Top. Lol at Hankyung laughing his head off in the corner.
- Heechul dancing to Wonder Girl's Tell Me.
- Heechul teaching the Wonder Girl's Nobody dance. Rofl how does this guy even exist?
- Heechul dancing to Wonder Girl's So Hot. I think his secret dream is to be the sixth Wonder Girl.
Heechul can also act a little diva-ish at times. (rofl, that is like the biggest understatement of the century). Anyways,

Honestly, though, sometimes I think that he just hides behind a diva image to hide how kind and nice he is on the inside, since he'd totally be embarassed if it ever got out that, god forbid, he actually has a heart. There are stuff about him that other people always bring up in shows, on radios, etc., like how he was one of the people who visited and took care of Kyuhyun the most after the car accident, how he always lets Donghae get away with things, and how he bullies Ryeowook every which where in public but surprises him with presents on his birthday in private. He always stands up for Hankyung (remember the incident that I told you about yesterday, where Heechul confessed that he got so mad that people were beating up his Hankyung that he ran out to do something about it? Here is the Youtube link for it. It's around one minute long, the translation is at the side), and when the Only 13 movement over Henry and Zhou Mi broke out Heechul was one of the only ones who dared to vocally disapprove of it. People always talk about how it's hard to get super close to him, but once you are, Heechul's the most loyal friend you could ever have. After Yunho got poisoned Heechul got so seriously incensed and stricken that he wrote a cyworld entry telling the fan to come after him instead.
Oh, right, Heechul also has fashion choices that can only be described at best as interesting. I might warn you about clicking on those links, because you might be particularly appalled rofl. He is also an aspiring designer, he made shoes for Sunny for her birthday, that lucky girl. He's such a unique combination of odd and funny and warm; when he found out that his fans called him "Flower" he said that a flower is nothing without his petals so he calls his fans "Petals" in return. Then again, I mean, he also voluntarily christened himself "Cinderella", oh Heechul. I can't say enough about him, so, anyways, here's just one more bit on him. This, this is why I love him.

Sometimes I forget how thoughtful and articulate he is, underneath that sharp surface. Anyways, please never ever change, Heechul. ♥
And here's a picspam. I wasn't sure whether or not to do one, since looks are so not a huge part of who he is (though he himself is shameless as hell about them), but I did one for Geng so I figured that I'd do one for Hee too. Also, I spent a ridiculously long amount of time puzzling out the sections, because "Looking Good" is kind of complicated for Heechul. So eventually I had to split it up into "Looking Good as a Girl", "Looking Good Androgynously", and "Looking Good as a Boy". :((

I wasn't kidding when I said that Heechul is like best friends with the entire entertainment industry. I honestly think that the man knows more people than the President of the United States does. Although, what's funny is that when he lost his phone his first thought wasn't, "Oh no! There goes my 1000000000 list of contacts!", it was actually, "Oh no! What happens to my nude photos on there?" Ohmygosh, and I totally forgot to tell you about his cat. Okay, so there is an epic story behind Heechul's cat. Some fans gave it to him a few years ago and he didn’t know what to name him. But when Kibum saw it, he wanted his name to be in it. Then Hankyung heard about the cat, and he was like, “Why isn’t my name in it?” Then Jay from the TRAX also wanted his name in it, and of course Heechul would want his own name to be in it, so it's final name became HanJayHeeBum, and Heebum for short. Anyways, Heechul loves this cat. He takes nude pictures with it and goes to sleep with it. :DDD And bullies it. A lot.
Actually, you know, I think that he just loves cats in general.
