Hi, may i know what is the hip measurements for PARTY POPPER DRESS? is the bejeweled collar included too?

Hi dear,

The hip measuremetn for party popper dress is 16-18.5 inches when lied flat
The bejeweled collar is not included :)

Hi babe, can I check, for Tinkerbell Skater Dress in Electric Blue, is the length 33.5 inches (same as that for the Black one) or is it really 25 inches?
