papers after papers after papers!
why doesn't anyone know what they're doing with transferring? If I call the VCU office to request information regarding my financial aid, they say something completely different than what the financial aid office here says. Maybe it was a clue when I walked into the office and asked the woman whose job it was to know and she gave me a blank look
