my former stepson was born in 1988.

a 23 year old has a lot of growing up to do yet and a lot of life experiences yet to be experienced. on the plus side, they're usually not jaded about relationships yet.

you're smart. you'll figure out pretty quickly if the spark outweighs the age, i think.

so i didn't hear from the 23 year old, so i gathered the universe thought it out for me and decided nah. but last night i got a voicemail message from him. i was dead shocked. and yes, i am going to call him back. he wants to get together sometime this week. so we'll see.
