But really the part with Fraiser singing is what kills me every time. ;;;;;;

(I think I should always make it a point to use this icon, now--I'm so tempted to make my next LJ layout Gothic themed JUST SO I CAN USE IT AS MY DEFAULT).

I checked out the RP, am very tempted to join - even have most of the application done - but what is meant by 'pseudo Victorian-Brothel'? Is it the design and decoration of the brothel? Is it the manners and customs that are used within the brothel? Does it also include how the callboys dress?

not so much the manner entirely, but decor and dress usually, yes. it's not a strict rule though; i hardly bother with clothing elaboration unless it's being taken off, you see.
