Yeah...I can't stand these 5 minute debates that don't actually debate anything. Both parties go on air, spill out their rehearsed point of view, and the segment ends. At least this woman was engaging with the man. And like you said, she was very polite and rational. Obviously news entertainment television is not her thing. However I do think the hosts were a bit frustrated as well that the law enforcement officer wasn't really understanding that 'hispanic' does not describe physical characteristics which are necessary when finding a criminal outside of misunderstandings of what that term means.
It did seem as though they were trying to paint the segment as "woman angry anyone would mention race when trying to profile a criminal," but it was clear that wasn't the case once she started to talk.
