August, how's the move going?

I moved down to Stockton from Seattle in the Middle of March. I got a good deal on a room for rent through a friend (T) of a friend(O). 
The "landlady" it turns out, is on drugs and thought it would be a great idea to give me the boot and steal my stuff. 
I got most of it back but instead of moving into the place I found on Craig's list, I got turned
