How do you plan to lose the weight? I lost 25+ lbs this year through calorie counting and light exercise. I ate crap though. My new years resolution is to eat healthier and eat more real food.
We eat well with mostly whole grains fruit veggies and meat. but there is more junk we can cut out. I also want to try to double the veggie and fruit we eat to replace everything else. I also hope to eat more local foods and pasture/grass meats but eat less meat overall. Also I hope to go walking more and maybe see if I can get a YMCA membership.
