Step III: find someone who worked there who doesn't like him. Given that this guy is a hardcore homophobe, and given that, working in the fashion industry, he was probably often the only straight (or closeted) male in the room, it can't be too hard, especially given the obscene amounts of money that any journalist will pay for them.
