New (and old) randomness (and junk)
I guess I'll conserve space and squish this
(why? WHY? I haven't finished the old ones yet!) that is pretty dark and serious. It does have yaoi undertones but it is mostly psychological (dangerous territory for me?) and I'm quite enthused about it. Yes, yes, it is surrounding Mana, but surrounding a side that is more like my worst nightmare (save for the horror of him dying...because THAT would truly be the worst nightmare) because it delves into a lot of things, insanity, murder... I plan for there to be a lot of twists, not too cliche I'm hoping, and so far my friends have been very supportive, even the really critical ones. It is set a little into the future (not too far, but far enough. A few months from now XD) and, um, that's about all I can say. I've also decided to start posting an old story of mine; Malice Mizer times, Mana, sort of supernatural/fantastical/something/odd? I don't know. I've noticed it has a lot of similarities to isilme_gazette's latest story. *gulp* I hope that doesn't cause too many issues. I did write this one a while back so...
it is going splendidly. I hit a bump in the road (bought the store out of the lace and fabric I need and then ran out) but I'm going to hunt around and see if any of the other stores may have it in. Not much of a guarantee but, its worth a shot. So far it's cost about CA$130 ^_^' Yeah...but, I'm happy because it could've cost much more, and I didn't skimp out on anything at all, and well, that's really good luck I guess. I still need a wig, and I'm thinking if I have enough time, I'll get a doll's costume made up but, I don't know if I'll have time; I'm making my Gackt's costume too, a Ryuichi (which won't take too long, it's just alterations that I've been commissioned to do) and quite possibly my Közi and Yu~ki too. This is technically my first cosplay, and I'm quite touched that so many people have entrusted me with their expensive materials and all.
My sewing machine broke down entirely, and the next day I was greeted with a brand new expensive Brother machine. And it's lightweight, and it's nifty, and I have so many different stitches and foots and twin needles that I can't remember how to thread...XD
To top it all off, my mum made me cinnamon rolls. They're still hot and squishy. *gives some to anyone who happens to read this* She should be resting! She was taken to hospital yesterday morning. Blockage, not that major but, still, she was scared to eat anything all day. She did eventually but painfully slowly. I just needed to hug her and let her know she would be fine. Then she asked my if I was going to be fine. So, that's all about me having to see a doctor about depression medication. Meh, I don't really like talking to doctors, and I'm not wonderful with pills but, if I must then...
Laura is online now and we're chatting. I'm not saying too much, just listening to her get excited over her prom. Well, I'm just glad that her mum isn't throwing a spanner into the works and that she feels beautiful today because, she is, and its about time she realized that. Crazy girl. XD
- The latest is um, Andrew will be playing cello and taking over his share of the synthesizer duties (because we both compose together quite efficiently and he has GarageBand *envy*) and we have to brainstorm for a name. There was a debate over the language origin but, I just said whatever feels right. With my knowledge I tend to lean toward English, Latin, German and Japanese but we've delved into French and such too. Most of the things I've procured sound much better as song titles than band names, but I'll still put them forth I suppose. I hope we come to a consensus soon.
