Ummm, I’m an artist and it’s well known that artists do self-portraits and so here is one.
Ummm, no, I do not have green hair, it’s a dark colour, I can’t decide if it is black or a dark brown colour, well it is turning grey and my beard has bits of ginger in it so you can guess that it is far easier to turn it green than it is to try and draw the exact multi-hued reality that it is and besides it would look really funny.
Oh, my eyes are not green; they are in fact a brown colour, not the same brown as my hair but a brown colour. I think green eyes would look cool but we get what we are given and no I am not going to go out and get some coloured contacts.
Ask Blinky-the-treefrog, Amazing_Topcat, Wrathchild or Windypoint if the drawing is close to reality; they have actually seen the real me.
It was a quick drawing and it has turned out reasonably fine.
