I just found out that my neice, my youngest neice, has a "Wilm's Tumor" on her kidney. She had it removed today, and I understand that it went well. Hopefully the cancer has not spread, though they seem to think that it has not. She just turned 1, so this has been very rough on my brother. I wish there was more I could do for them, but my mother is

My heart and thoughts have been with you, Ilythia and your niece the last two days. It sounds like things are going as well as can be expected and I'm glad of that and hope the news continues to be good news. An experience like this would frighten anyone and reminds me to be very grateful for how good I have it. I hope both you and Ilythia remain very healthy, too. Thank you for the update.

PS - there is nothing that you've done to deserve this suffering and it's very understandable that you are in pain and worried. To better days ahead.
