it seems that I have to make myself update lately. I am falling behind in my icontest communiities that I run because I am rarely online throughout the week until the weekend lately and then it seems that I spend my weekend trying to play catch up in all my commnities. I am just thinking that maybe it is time to quit Lj for now...

Close down your icontest comms, then. I had to do so because they were taking over my life :(

But I agree with what other people said about not updating that often...you don't have to update. If you just like reading through your flist, that's fine. If you don't like anything about LJ-ing anymore, then I'd say it's time to move on.

I'll miss you, but it's more important for you to be happy.

If you just enjoy reading your flist's posts and commenting on those, then there's no need to update your own journal. I hardly ever do, and as Lu said we closed our icontest community because it's just hard to try and do it all, you know? Just don't feel obligated to stay, because it's kind of like another life.

I wouldn't quit all together... I would just take a leave from some of the commnities for a while... then come back when you have some time.

I don't want you to go away... your one of the best icon makers around... + you've become a great friend...

I don't know... but if you wanna quit thats fine... it's all up to you... don't let anyone tell ya what to do and not... I want you to stay but sometimes this happens when you have no time and I understand that... so whatever ya do... just know all your friends love ya no matter what!...
