i've seen the same short-pant man roaming about the libary for the last two days. by roaming, i mean...looking for and reading books, a normal library activity, i imagine. it's just that his pants are so short, i'm thrown.
there's like an inch or two of bare calf skin before his black socks begin. isn't that bothersome to him?
