Round #16 - Sign Ups
RULES
01. To participate, you must be a member of the community and have read these rules.
02. Your post must be made on your personal journal, icon community or directly to this comm. All posts must be unlocked; Friends Only posts will not be approved.
03. Try to only sign up if you think you can complete your icons in the given time.
04. Themes will be posted on the 1st. Your 20 icons are due on March 20th.
05. Sign-ups will close on February 28th.
06. Please try to comment on the other participants' posts. We all like feedback ;)
07. For this round, all claims will be villains. Because of the limited number of options, two people will be allowed to claim the same character.
