OMG, I am so, so sorry for the novel, OP, but I got kind of carried away, LOL. This one basically features Mohinder/everyone, but the threesome comes in the form of Mohinder/Elle/Monica.

He tried, he tried getting to all of them in time, but it was so damn difficult, and he was only one person. Reports kept coming in and the list of dead Evolved Humans was growing longer and longer. Thankfully, no one Mohinder knew had died - except for Claire and Peter, because they both kept reviving eventually - but he was getting worried. He gave a few of the patients at the Hartsdale facility injections of his blood, then injections of his blood mixed with Claire's, but to his shock and horror, neither of the infusions worked

"It's no use," he said - no, practically shouted was more like it. He was frustrated beyond belief, to say the least. "The semen injections are reversing the more extreme symptoms, but they're not completely curing my patients of the virus!" It was a conclusion he never thought he'd have to make, but that was beside the point. People were still dying, including people that Mohinder knew: Nathan Petrelli, Elle Bishop, Monica Dawson, Matt Parkman...
Bob mopped the sweat on his forehead with a handkerchief. When he spoke, his voice was hoarse. "You said that Maya has been doing well since the... uh, the night you two copulated?"
Mohinder froze. "Yes, she's been perfect since then." A fact that had been proven by the workout he had received just last night, but he wasn't going to tell Bob about any of that"Well, then." Bob started to get up, and with a grimace, paused to sit back down again. "It seems like we've got a real problem on our hands, here. Do you think that you could take this to the, ah... the next phase of the

The first male Special Mohinder had to have sex with was, ironically, Nathan Petrelli. Or perhaps it was actually unironic, seeing that Nathan had a tendency of getting himself into situations which threatened his life, and at that point he was the farthest along in succumbing to the virus

Monica sat on the edge of the bed while Mohinder spoke to her as soothingly as he could. He couldn't help but feel sorry for her, after all she'd been through, and he wanted to make this experience for her as painless as possible.
His attempt to calm her was interrupted by a loud thump, and he whirled around to see Elle practically bouncing over to him.
"Knew I'd find you here," she said, grinning. "So, I figured that I should have the real deal, you know, none of this blowjob crap."
"What - what are you -" Mohinder stammered. "I-I'm with someone already, Elle. Can't you wait until tomorrow?"
"I'm dying, Doctor," she reminded him. "Or did you forget why you were here?" Giggling, she stood back so she could look him up and down. "I always kind of knew that you're an undercover slut

His time with the both of them seemed to go too quickly and slowly for it all to be considered real, but the fact remained that he was really and truly enjoying himself. He looked on as Elle sucked Monica's nipples, as the women ran their fingers through each other's hair, as Elle raised her arm out behind herself and waved it frantically until Mohinder guided it down onto his cock, then when Monica's hand was suddenly gripping it as well

Phase Three [Epilogue]

"Phase Three has been an overall success," Bob announced. He hadn't looked directly at Mohinder since That One Day, but he was pleased, all the same. He got up and extended his arm to Mohinder from across his desk, and Mohinder shook his hand. "It's all thanks to you. You have our gratitude, Doctor."
"It was no trouble, really," Mohinder replied. He couldn't help but to grin. True, he never felt as physically exhausted as this before; however, he knew that the outcome of administering the cure - his cure - had been worth the process. All of the Specials were alive and well, and the virus showed no signs of making its way back in either the cured patients or Specials who could heal themselves. He could now go back to his semi-normal life with Matt, Molly, and Maya, all of whom he missed

You liked it? YAY! I'm happy that you did. I love you for posting such an inspirational prompt, because it caused the story to write itself, LOL. Thank you so so much for all your kind praise. I'm almost done with the sequel, and I hope it won't disappoint.

"It's good to see you again, Mohinder. You're a sight for sore eyes."
"Shut up."
"Make me."
"I can restrain you if it needs to come to that."
Sylar smirked. "You'd like that, wouldn't you?"
Mohinder opened his mouth to speak. Then he closed it. He pressed his fingers to his brow.
"This is ridiculous," he muttered to himself. "Absolutely mad."
"Hello, dying patient here," Sylar called out to him, spreading his arms like he wanted to embrace the geneticist. "Don't tell me you're not at least a little satisfied about getting to... have your way with me."
"And why would I be?" Mohinder snapped at him.
Chuckling, Sylar lowered his arms down to the bed upon which he had been leaning so that he could scoot further back on it. "Because you've wanted this ever since that road trip we took to Montana. I saw it in your face. You wanted Zane Taylor - or, who you thought was him. Turns out that you wanted me instead
