It would be awesome if the site dev's at livejournal knew how accounts worked. They could do wonderous things like, you know, not have all of the bullshit options that only paying accounts can use come up on free accounts. But, alas, they want your money and want to try to sucker it out of you by hanging the option of a scrapbook in your face.
