Without her memories she doesn't fully understand what she is doing when she turns to Nick for help and protection. Nick is left with little choice but take Adalind in, even as he tries to understand what her end game is and if she really has lost her memory. In the process he begins to see a side of Adalind he never knew existed. Even without her memories Adalind's past still comes back to haunt her and the more Adalind begins to remember the less sure she is she wants her memories back. As Adalind's memories slowly return and she begins to understand exactly who she used to be, she will have to decide what - and who - she truly is. More importantly, as she begins to develop feelings for Nick she needs to convince the Grimm that the person she is now isn't a facade. Will Nick be able to see to truth of who Adalind can be, or will her past come back to ruin the future they might have together?
