I claimed a fic (Promise Me Love) but I never heard back from one author, I finish the art by the little bit of summary, however is there a way to contact them.

I did heard back from the author of (We Don't Just Help At The Birth)

Never heard from them, nor do I know who they are. So I went ahead and posted the art to the community. I was hopping when they saw the art go up, they would have contacted me, but nothing.
