I can't even speak. This is the most hideous thing I have ever read. My heart is absolutely broken. Not only do these hate-filled beings have their scripture completely taken out of context, they seem to be lacking in class. I grew up in a Baptist church. I am currently working on my second religious studies degree. I am converting to orthodox Judaism - and I will be glad to take any one of these people to task on scripture any day. Never have I encountered so much ungrounded hatred. G-d/G-ddess...whatever you see it as....in any religion be it Hinduism, Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism...they all teach a variation of "The Golden Rule". Thank you, Heroine Girls for having the courage to stand up for what is right and for doing it in a respectful way that doesn't refer to those who disagree with you terrible names and preaching hellfire.

Oh, Beth. It's scary. I know it's horrible, but you should check out his website. It's covered in scripture and "literalist" translations. ug. Amanda had a fit as well as she is VERY well schooled in religion.
