Combat isn't about fair or not fair. It's about pressing the victory and taking advantage of an opponents weakness. Your weakness, in this case, would be your unwillingness to meet my attack with equal force.

Yes, combat is about these things; a duel of lover's, however, would not be. I doubt you would want to kill your paramore, after all.
