• Threadhopping with this character - yes, no, or what?: Unless a thread is marked otherwise, or it's not OK with the other mun/s, I'm totally cool with it!

• Hugging this character?: If it's IC for the character, go for it. If you’re a creeper or Chie’s not feeling it, she will probably punt you, though. :’D

• Giving this character a kiss?: Same as above.

• Punching this character (provided they are given an opportunity to fight back): Big Yes. Keep in mind, though, Chie spends a lot of time training in martial arts, so she’s pretty good in a fight - oh, and she can summon a Persona, too. (See below.)

• Maim/murder? WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO KILL CHIE, SHE'S LIKE THE FRIENDLIEST PERSON EVER. Definitely possible, but unless you’re sporting superpowers or a mean sneak attack, Chie’s gonna be pretty hard to kill. Drop me a line and we’ll discuss it.

• Is there anything you DO NOT WANT MENTIONED near this character?: Nothing's off-limits. Talk smack about her friends, though, and she will retaliate. D: Protective Chie is protective.

• Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, fighting abilities? Please include information that other muns should know that your character might not say themselves: I HERD U LIEK MOAR TL;DR ABOUT POWERS.

Chie is able to summon something called a Persona, which is basically a manifestation of various facets of her psyche. Chie’s initial Persona, Tomoe Gozen of the Chariot Arcanum, has (through her maxed [friendship route] social link with the Protagonist) evolved into Suzuka Gongen, who looks like this. Suzuka Gongen deals in (stronger) physical and (lower-level) ice spells; she now blocks ice attacks entirely and, unlike Tomoe, is not weak to fire attacks (or any other type of attack). Suzuka Gongen is around level 74 and has learned the following skills:

- Ice Boost - increases effectiveness of ice attacks by 25 percent; passive ability
- High Counter - increases the chance of countering a physical attack by 20 percent; passive ability
- Tarukaja - increases 1 ally’s attack for 3 turns; costs 6 spirit points per use
- Power Charge - doubles the impact of the next turn's physical attack; costs 15 SP per use
- Bufula - deals medium ice damage to 1 foe; costs 8 SP per use
- Mabufu - deals light ice damage to all foes present on the battlefield; costs 10 SP per use
- God’s Hand - deals severe physical damage to 1 foe; costs 22 percent of health points per use
- Agneyastra - deals a heavy amount of physical damage to all enemies up to 3 times per round; costs 24 percent of HP to use

And here's Chie with Suzuka in action (late-game boss fight; could be considered spoilery?):

As far as SP/HP translate in-game - it’s just an indication of how quickly Chie and her Persona tire out while in battle (i.e., repeated use of God's Hand will drain faster than simply kicking). SP deals with the magic end (ice and effectiveness boost spells), while HP deals with the physical side.

One additional skill Chie is able to perform is called Galactic Punt, which is basically what is sounds like - she kicks really, really hard.

Megaten Wiki lists Galactic Punt as the only instant-kill follow-up move in Persona 4.
