Momoko shrieked in frustration. Internally of course. He was her father, no matter how old she was or how crazy the declaration that she go to her room.
She grabbed her phone and sent a quick message to Jaime:
My dad just grounded me. Forever. No mention of threats to you but my mom's eye was totally twitching. Xray all packages before opening them just in case ♥
Tossing the phone onto her bed, Momoko let loose with a slightly less internal sigh and glared at her watch. Two hours to go until Kuriko came home and began phase two of the plan to make sure their parents agreed it was okay for Momoko to move in with Jaime as soon as she was done with school.
The bribe Kuriko had demanded had been high, but it would be totally worth it in the end.
