I used to be a NaruHina fan, way back in part I.

Then part II started and I realized that Sakura as a main character is Staying, that Hinata is Indeed a minor character, and that thinking that NaruHina will suddenly gain the significant development it still needs is wishful thinking.

I haven't been proved wrong since. Quite the contrary.

It's to early to tell about NaruSaku, but I stand by what I say about NaruHina: it ain't getting any development. If it happens, it'd be as Hinata poking her fingers and going "um..." at the end.

*yawn*

I've noticed you expressing surprise at the fact that I'm not the one in the library with a new Hinata essay. XD That's because I like my old one just fine. Also, rather than defend her in person, I've done a general support cast defence essay in the form of my "why I'm optimistic about the support cast" thingie.

Mostly though, the Hinatards annoy me more right now than the Hinata bashers. So I'd rather leave them on their own. >_>

Wow, your essays are truely awesome. Your Naruto and Sakura manifesto was what I thought was really amazing though. I just wanted you to know how very in depth I thought it was! It covered so many sides of their relationship. Especially because I think you made me understand why some don't go for their relationship and why NaruHina is more popular. Naruto and Sakura's relationship is very deep but not in a show-y or dark way like so many other manga couples. Thank you for that! I hope you write more!

Haha, thanks! And yes, the Manifesto is my favorite even now! :D And you're right! NaruSaku isn't showy or whatever. It's just two youngsters who get along very, very well with each other, and for whom you'd have to look underneath the underneath to see that beneath all their antics, they truly care, respect and look up to each other, even come to think fondly of each other's quirks.

I can't believe the number of people who still can't see beyond "Sakura is abusive!" =.= Ah well.

I do have another essay in work, you can consider my current structure essays as prologues towards that one. It will repeat a lot of things I've already said, but in much clearer format. Maybe my ultimate structure essay. ^^ But I won't finalize it until this arc ends.

Can't wait! ;)I'm really loving being a Narusaku supporter right now. Every other chapter has something cute with them involved, even when it's kind of small. (Minus the last one... but Naruto's been angsting over what happened with Jiraiya so what can I say?)
*sigh* I really wish Kishi would DO something with Hinata though. If not to shut up the Hinata obsessed fans than to show some growth and character development.
OH AND THE WHOLE; "Sakura is abusive!" ...Well I just tend to laugh at comments like that and think 'Well said duffus'. But whatever. :P

The thought popped into my mind, 'What would an elderly Naruto and Sakura be doing?' Then the scene of old man Naruto scaling the Hokage monument to wash away the paint that Sasuke's grandson used to paint a bugger under Hokage Naruto's nose...XDD And old Sakura screaming at him, saying she's gonna NOT going to heal him if he falls this time.

Good times...good times...

I'm almost done with two of the drabble sketches. :D 'Lolipop' and 'Furniture' are the two. I was trying to start a third one with the 'T-shirt' theme but this fanfiction broke my brain. XD

Ok. I'm a sasunaru, not a sasusaku, but i still gotta say i just loved that. You were...unbiased and pointed out the realationship, logically and fairly. when i look at the manga and anime there are only a couples i can see with actal basis. Now as you pointed out the fact that there hero X heroine does to some degree (hypocrite i am) make this instantely cannon. And because of this i would generally dislike it. But thats the great thing about Naruto, couple that in many over shounen mangas would be considered completely obvious, cannon crap (sorry to be so crude) can have basis, and somthing far past the norm.

basically what i'm trying to say is that althought when it comes to Sakura, i tend to go Sakura X Lee (this comes from an unhealthy obsession with Rock lee) you gave me love for Narusaku that i didn't have before, and showed me hoe deep it really is :)
