[Personality] America has a fine sense of justice in a fictional, almost Hollywood hero sort of way. It is a heroic complex which has him constantly wanting to be the center of attention and the want/eagerness to do something right. There’s also a more base hunger, a want for attention that can become a need if he does not get enough. Being the hero through helping other nations, being the leader of the allies meetings, etc. gives him the attention he wants/needs and, in turn, satisfies his attention complex. Being the hero gives him the satisfaction and justification to jump into other countries’ business, and help them out even when they do not need it

[Abilities]He has super strength that signifies the strength and power of his nation. This is shown canonically by pulling a car with his hands from America to England simply to ask England if he could borrow it. He is also seen as a child throwing a buffalo/bison round and round as sort of ring around the rosy game.

As far as powers go for a nation, he lives longer then a human. He is immortal and lives as long as his nation does. If his nation/people are affected by a plague or an economic depression America will become ill and get a cold. Nations also have a higher tolerance to pain and injuries, such as a mortal wound would not necessarily kill him. It might very well knock him out for a few hours/days depending on the severity of the wound but as long as his nation is still present he himself will not die.
