i've developed an eye twitch... or maybe it's a spasm. all i know is that the little muscle on the side of my left eye keeps spasming every so often. and it started a little over 48 hours ago.
luckily it seems to be happening less and less frequently.

eye twitches are a sign of a potassium deficiency.

eat a banana and see what happens.

I've been having the same problem. I thought my eyelid was dying and would close shut.

i'm glad to be of help to you all. i'm also glad that my bank of useless medical facts from my parents aren't going to waste. now if only i could find use for all of those "eight is enough" trivia facts.
