You know my mom is the same way. Shortly after I accepted Christ I was absolutely thrilled about it and decided that I should share with her, not preach at her, just try and explain to her why I was so happy. She turns and looks at me with this horrible little scowl and says "What? Are you trying to save me now Laura?"

I think that maybe you should talk to her about this, tell her how it upsets you. Communication is the foundation of every relationship
