You clearly never went to shinjuku. I:m staying right in kabukicho square and there are bums everywhere, just sleeping in plain sight. At least American bums have the decency to hide under bridges like common trolls. I thought the Japanese were a proud people. What gives?

Although I did get up one morning at like 630 to go camp out for a blue psp slim and saw teams of people literally on their hands and knees cleaning the streets and sidewalks with scrapers.
