Anyway, I know what you're going through.
First Cancan send me a wig, and even though it was a black one, it was in the wrong style. They were very polite when I contacted them about it, and they covered the shipping to send it back. The right wig was send the day after I contacted them. This monday, it will have been one and a half month.
I'm afraid of leaving feedback for cancan (if the wig ever arrives) because it might mean backfiring on my 100% positive feedback. So, good costumer service, yet a loooooooong wait for the right item.
I had a similar experience when buying my Namu. I negged him (because I shouldn't have HAD to file with paypal for him to respond to my emails), he did send me a doll but I was so pissed by then. It had been a couple of months. He in turn gave me a neg. My only neg. I did comment that it was retalitory. Doesn't the new feedback system change soon?
