When I published the book, Holston, I signed an affidavit that I did not use AI in the writing of the book in any way. AI still has the limitation of the material that programs it. AI is not creative in the most fundamental meaning of the word. The material that programs AI is created by human intelligence. Human intelligence is vital. Many talented people have lost their jobs because of AI. AI is simply seen as a tool to eliminate employees and boost profits.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE is new and developing fast. I know very little about it. "SAFETY & HARM ARE OFTEN INTERTWINED." By the way, I bought BOTH of your books and then donated them to the JOHNSON CITY PUBLIC LIBRARY (JCPL) for their OCTOBER FUNDRAISING book sale. Thanks for passing the books on, only a handfull of peope have read them. I have a third book over half done with 125 pages written. It may be my last book because not many people are reading them.

I must admit I am hostile to the concept of artificial intelligence. There are plenty of people who would consider my viewpoint as "inappropriate." Oh, well, it takes all kinds.
