I never know what to say in situations like these, but my thoughts are with you. I lost my grandfather at age 90 a few years back, and it was really rough ... it's hard to lose someone who's been part of your life for so long.
Like enochsmiles said, if there's anything we can do, while you're away or once you get back, please let us know. (I still have your tools, btw.)

A couple weeks ago my great-grandfather died, age 105. We knew it was coming but thought it wouldn't come for awhile yet...he was in good health, etc.
It hurts anyway. Always does. Just hurts differently because they're old...
