Pfft. Coming to double punch you soon. girlwithabow June 1 2009, 16:54:25 UTC
Hey, another victim of the library employee bank! And the TV show. Billy and Ted will never be the same.

Name: Katherine Bishop, but don't call me Katherine. Call me Kate.
Place of origin: New York, New York
Species: Human
Native language: English
Any additional languages spoken: Spanish (I blame my nanny. She didn't speak much English.)

I don't know if I'm a victim yet- I like the term 'survivor' much better.

Kate it is.

Spanish is a lovely language. So you learned it through listening to her?

Trust me. I work in the library too. We're all victims once the library decides to move stuff around again.

Pretty much. Valentina was pretty cool, plus I could always talk to her while my parents were in the room and they would never know.

Maybe we should start a support group.

Devious- though I'm not entirely innocent in that regard, either.

I keep forgetting we have a library here.

Name: Karolina Dean
Place of origin: Los Angeles

Native language: English
Any additional languages spoken: Some Spanish, Skrullos, and Majesdanian. But I only really know how to ask where the bathroom is.

I suppose it's easy to do- there's always a lot of activity going on here, from what I've observed.

Majesdanian? Another species I'm unfamiliar with.

Well, that and most people don't think of going to the library when they get bored here.

From Majesdane. It doesn't exist anymore, so there's no way anybody can find it now. Thanks Mom and Dad.

I definitely got that impression, Mr. Scott.

Is it truly sentient, then?

Thank you, lieutenant.

I assume, from the terminology you use, that Asari, Salarian, Turian, and Volus are alien languages?

lt_alenko June 1 2009, 18:35:47 UTC
Yes, they are.

I'm unfamiliar with all of them, unfortunately.
