An invoice will be sent to you upon confirmation. However the invoice only serves as a reservation. Hence payment should be made within 24 hrs to secure your item.
Payment
Types of payment accepted:
POSB/DBS/ or ATM transfer
Paypal is accepted. Further advice will be given for overseas postage.
No interbank transactions will be allowed. [Eg : UOB to POSB]
For ATM transfer, please e-mail us a snapshot of your transaction receipt as a proof of transfer. All scanned receipts will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of payment, your parcel will be mailed out to you asap within 2 working days.
Delivery
Prices are not inclusive of postage unless stated otherwise.
Normal postage per item: $1 to $1.50 ( depending on weight of clothing)
Subsequent item: Additional $0.50 per item
Registered mail: $3.24
Subsequent item: Additional $0.50 per item
Terms and Conditions
By purchasing our product, you have agreed on the following conditions:
- We will not be held responsible for any LOST and DAMAGE of normal mails.
- We do not do refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the item received is defected and we are out of stock for an exchange piece.
- In any case of defected items, a snapshot which serves as an act or proof must be e-mailed to us within a week upon receipt of parcel. Further advice will be given.
- There will be no exchanges for apparels after wash.
- Prices are strictly non-negotiable.
- Hers Sincerely assume the right to reject a transaction at our own discretion.
