Your ambulance story reminds me of when I was in Kinko's the other day and waiting in line for the color copier. I was getting annoyed at the people in front of me for taking so long copying their fliers, and then at the height of my impatience I peeked over the person's shoulder and saw that the first sentence of the flier was, "You may remember that our father was diagnosed with a brain tumor last year..." =|
