aksdjhfa;dsfasifeaiesfajsdf GHOSTSEX YES.

I mean, ow too. Ow for the sharpness of the images and the pressure and the weight. I love how murky this is -- "the muddle of darkness and death," "the ink dripping from his eyes." So vivid. So chilling.

Best kind of cliche subversion. Yes.

And if I could draw anything other than stick figures and super-deformed characters, I'd draw this. Alas, you might need to poke someone else.

In other words, "Here, Ashe, have a Nightmare".

Thank you!

Ooh.

Loved so many things here--Ashe's vulnerability, the absence of her name throughout the piece (Vossler's "Majesty" was exquisite on so many levels), ink instead of blood, the disorder of the whole thing, mirroring Ashe's thoughts. Above all, how Ghost!Vossler is made of the past, of repeated phrases and throwbacks to things that have already passed. Excellent!

gah. ouch. well done, and god, the power dynamic there -- the sense of her own thoughts turning on her -- ow.

Thank you! That's a lot of what I was going for--is this ghost of her own contrivance, or a fiend of the desert?

It -- I think that sense reminds me a good deal of the fae constructs in Coldfire, really; the way that they are real dangers given their shape by the subconscious minds of the people who encounter them. Poor Ashe, unable to lay that ghost to rest.
