It was the longest, and the shortest, 48 hours of England's considerable life. Luckily, it was filled with work, discussions and meetings and long boring papers to read; unluckily, most of the discussions and meetings were with America, and every time England so much as glanced at the younger nation he was filled with chagrin that he'd agreed to America's demands. England found himself stealing glances at America whenever he had a spare moment. Now that he knew what to look for, he could see the luminous blue of America's eyes go slowly to violet ( ... )

Three years and still no update. So sad. :( I will never completely lose hope, though! Maybe one day!
