Gakuen AU with dormitories pls; US/UK as an established couple.

Alfred is jokingly bullied about his weight by someone and develops anorexia or bulimia, up to anon. Arthur eventually finds out from Alfred's eating habits and etc. and confronts him about it. Alfred, convinced that he's fine because he's a hero, tells Arthur it's nothing, but he's not. Eventually, Arthur forces the truth out of Alfred. Because he refuses to go to anything like rehab, Arthur struggles to help Alfred get over his disorder.

Implied sex before Alfred's disorder is fine; you're also free to try and put it in as the story moves on or after it, but US tops please. |8

It was mocking him. Those two mouthwatering patties of beef between those two slices of bread with all the right toppings. The very picture of hamburger perfection. Alfred thought for a moment it wouldn’t hurt to eat just one, but then Arthur bumped up against him and he was aware of his protruding gut once again and his willpower returned. He passed the delicious sandwich and opted for a salad instead ( ... )

Baaaaaaw! I don't know what it is about ED stories, but when they happen to America, they make me want to go punch whoever bothered him in the first place.

With this part, I wanted to briefly establish Arthur's feelings, but I'll get back to the main story next time.

This anon has just discovered this amazing fill and wants to praise author!anon with all her heart!

My gosh, I love establish relationship because here is where the relationship is deemed strong enough to survive, which is a plus for my OTP (FIGHT ON USUK!!).

And I see that author anon is working super hard on this fill too. I like that! Keep it up anon while I F5 your fill.

This is going to sound so silly but I love this. I have an eating disorder and it is the most mentally detrimental thing I have ever faced. Alfred's feelings are exactly my own and I am so... the feeling is indescribable, but thank you for this. Arthur's concern gives me hope.
