Nation A is fed up with all the crime in his country, and decides to do something about it, darn it. So he becomes a superhero! Because that's the logical step to take!

Nation B is attracted to Nation A, but hasn't acted on it yet. But then he becomes interested in the new vigilante in A's land. Who is that masked man? And why is he so mysteriously alluring?

A Superman and Lois Lane style two-sided love triangle ensues, complete with secret identity drama and kidnappings.

Prefered pairings are Germany/Italy, Sweden/Finland, Spain/Lovino, Austria/Hungary or Korea/Japan. I don't care who's A or B as long as it's awesome and cute~.

Bonus 1: America sets up a shrine to the new hero.
Bonus 2: A super-long cape used romantically.~ <3

Now I'm wondering what other nations could be superheroes. America and his super strength, England and his black magic. Canada could probably put his invisibility to good use.

I love Romano's bizarre excuses. At least he's gotten better than just blaming squirrels, right?

You know, I'm pretty sure that I saw another request asking for superhero North America nations. I don't think it was filled, though I definitely remember mentions of superstrength!America and invisible!Canada. Sadly, Spain doesn't have any superspecial superpowers. He's an extremely skilled matador, however, which means that he's exceptionally agile, fast, and strong. Plus, he's got that handy hard-to-kill thing that most nations seem to have. And then there's the little matter of-- well. I don't want to give too much away! Spain will get a proper fight scene... er... well, several parts from now. It's not exactly coming up soon. But you'll totally stick around to see, right anon? ^^

Authoranon not only accepts failart, but gets super giddy and excited over it and tends not to recognize the fact that it's fail. Seriously, the idea that someone is taking the story I'm writing and the twists I've given the characters and been inspired to create something makes me want to just explode with total glee.

...That was so cheesy. I'm sorry. But it's so true.

Anon, I have a not-so-secret love for all things superheroic and I just found this fill.

I think I'm in heaven.

I giggled like a madwoman (which is not wise at one in the morning, but why not) through most of the fill and all the Spain/Romano bits make me squeal a little on the inside. (As a fan of America/England myself, my mind went the boring, obvious way with that one liner. Go figure.)

I'm really excited for that fight scene. As much as emotional stuff and humour are fun, a good fight scene can really be refreshing. Plus, it's Spain. That alone makes it pure awesome.

Okay! I'm trying to be good and not reply to every single comment, no matter how tempting you flattering reviewer!anons make it. I refuse to singlehandedly max out the comments here. When this is done, I'll de-anon and we'll all become BFFs and chat about how awesome I am. :P Mostly I'd like to say two things: 1) Welcome, OP! Glad you could join the party. Thanks for the awesome prompt and I hope you enjoy the fic. 2) Art for this fic will ALWAYS be adored and squeed over. I love you all, seriously. As soon as Spain had laid out the picnic blanket, Romano sat himself in the middle and began helping himself to the food. Spain sat down beside him, chattering away about the sights and the architecture. Romano ignored him in favor of a thick slice of crisp bread piled with fresh mozzarella and thinly sliced tomatoes. As he was about to take a bite, however, the ground shook violently, sending his bread and it's toppings tumbling across the blanket ( ... )
