Just Stay [1/?]

Anon has to go to bed, so she's just posting this bit up until she can finish tomorrow. She also switches between human and nation names. Hope it's what op wanted~!
Despite his meek manner, Lithuania wasn’t always one to let things just be. He had tried, on different occasions, to escape from Russia’s hold and while his mind rationalized that there was a great chance of him getting caught and suffering even more, his heart was bursting with the need for freedom.
So he pushes aside the snide remarks of “I told you so” from his mind when a failed attempt had been executed (he had been so close, too) and his face is perfectly blank, polite, when he’s lead back into his room with Ivan tightly clamping his wrists together behind his back.

I'm glad OP likes it so far. :D
“Ivan, please stop!” he pleads, hoping that the use of the nation’s human name would amount to something, but he’s ignored and Ivan unbuttons his pants and tugs them down effortlessly. Those cold hands trace over the thin scars of whip lashes on his hips (sometimes it was for punishment, sometimes because Russia just felt like it) before cupping and rubbing Liet’s manhood through his underwear.
No, Lithuania’s mind protests. No, no, no, he thinks, unsure if it’s because of what Russia is doing or because he’s getting aroused at it.
Russia giggles. “See, Lithuania, this is not so bad if you are enjoying it.”
I’m not, he wants to say (is he?), I’m not…After what feels like hours, Ivan eventually pulls down his boxers and Lithuania makes another (futile) attempt to struggle and plants his feet against Russia’s chest, but his ankles are caught, and Russia’s expression changes dangerously quick and Liet winces as the grip on his ankles tighten to a bruising hold

Liet looks up, unsure if he heard correctly or if Russia was just having one of his moments.
“Promise me,” Ivan repeats again, more forcefully, but Lithuania looks away, foolishly, in a last act of rebellion. A mistake because hands are suddenly at his throat, trying to take the life they already took and Russia is seething, clamping down on his windpipe relentlessly.
“Promise!” He roars before taking his hand off of the Baltic state’s throat and smashing his fist against Liet’s face, into his eye (it’ll be swollen tomorrow, he knows it), then cheek, then nose again.
“Promise you won’t leave me,” he repeats again, acidly, and Lithuania knows that if he doesn’t answer again, it will be so, so, much worse

Er, there was a part before the second part that's missing. ?=| -scratches head- I don't know what happened to it, but it's supposed to involve Russia tying together Lithuania hands with his scarf and then beating him. I didn't save so uh, yeah. >> Hope that clears any confusion (as to why Lithuania has blood on his face and all).
...it just feels right, you know? D-Don't judge me.

yes <333
Good thing I'm home alone, because I wouldn't want to have to explain my squealing.
And it's so sad, because you know this makes perfect sense to Russia. :(
Can't wait for the rest! <3

and also
“I love you, Lithuania. Don’t you ever forget, okay?”
That broke my heart.
