Ok, this is going to seem unusual... and horrible...
But id like Antonio being so angry/frustrated/stressed over something [like a war/job/whatever] and taking it all out on Lovino.
And does it so much during a time, Lovino gets hurt mentally, and physically[optional] and basically is terrified of Spain, whether it be for a short or long time.
a happy ending is highly preferred.

bonus: Lovino gets some odd twitch/habbit, around/or because of spain.
bonus2: Lovino Begs. ALOT.
bonus3: Lovino keeps this a secret from Feliciano and everyone else.
