Russia/China with an actual mention of Lithuania

I've read most, if not all, of the Russia/China fills here, but I have yet to see one that actually deals with Russia's canonical love for Lithuania (he tells America that Lithuania was his EX; you don't get any more blatant than that). I don't want to see Lithuania bashed or demonized or used only as a patsy to facilitate Russia/China (because, come on, he's pretty much the sweetest nation you'll ever meet), but I do want to see Russia gradually learning to let go of his one-sided feelings for Lithuania with China's help or growing out of it into a more equal relationship with China. Or even Lithuania (and maybe Poland) helping Russia and China hook up together - anything that keeps Lithuania in character while convincingly having Russia move from him to China would make me a deliriously happy anon!
