Err anything goes I guess. I just want to read something about Estonia and Finland~
But then....
Finland and Estonia are BFFs right? But what did Eduard really feel? I-I'm sure he fell inlove with Finland at some point. Andand, Eduard just kept it all to himself because he knows that Finland is Sweden's? ERRR IDK!!!
LOL. That sounds like some shoujo manga, but whatever.
Again, anything goes. Make it fluffy, smutty, whatever. It's up to author!anon's imaginations!! Heeheheh~!!
"I-I'm not-!" Finland pulled back sharply, his hands leaving Estonia's shoulders. Estonia regretted his words the moment they left his lips. Finland's face was turned away and Estonia could not tell if the slim body in front of him was trembling slightly or if it was just the flickering firelight playing tricks on his eyes.
"Why do I even bother denying it, huh," Finland said bitterly.
Estonia swallowed thickly. The room seemed so cold now, and Finland so distant. I'm sorry, he wanted to say. I'm sorry, don't go, stay with me. "We have to do... what we must

Ahhh it always makes me so happy to see fills with this match; they're my favourite. <3
So sad - but with the references to both past and future, there is some hope there, and I thought that was a really nice touch. I like your style; descriptive but very clear at the same time. I like the way you draw the setting in to echo what's going on there emotionally.
Also, props for setting something in this time period - I'm always craving Estonia-fic set during his Swedish period, but I only come across it rarely.
Ahahaha actually the references to both past and future are there because initally I had the grand plan of making this a long-ish fic spanned over four different periods with the common theme of Estonia losing/breaking his glasses.
Mmm yeah, it's hard to find fic set in this period, I wonder why, the potential for angst is there in spades. Well, I know next to nothing about this time anyway (online research wasn't very helpful :|) so what can I say.
Aaahhh it makes me very happy that you enjoyed this <3 Seriously I've not written any fic for the past... six years or so so I was pretty nervous when I posted this up.
OH REALLY. Now I kind of wish the original plan had happened 8D But I understand very well that a story can end up quite different from what a person sets out to write.
I think part of the reason there isn't much fic for this period (aside from the fact that there is not a lot of Estonia-fic in general) is that it's a little difficult to find information about it. I've turned to books, but there isn't really a lot out there, you know?
Anyway - first in six years, eh? Man, I know how that feels. I hope you'll be writing other things, now that you've started again <3
Hahaha I wanted the first part to be set during their childhood (hence the promise mentioned), the second would have been this one, third would be after both of them gained independence (and this time what held them back was the fact that they had to focus on their own people at that time), fourth and last would be in modern times, with a happy ending ;3;
Might end up writing the last one anyway. I like happy endings.
Hmmm I did a quick search, but all I could turn up about the Swedish Period was that... it existed.
I also have a feeling I know who you are. Since the fandom for this pairing ain't that big. And if I'm right, it makes me even happier that you like this fic <3
