(I've been getting into alternate history lately. It's twice as fun when you look at it through the Hetalia lens.)
The Russian Revolution of 1905 escalates further than it ever did in RL. The Russian Empire collapses into a civil war. In the ensuing chaos, Finland and Estonia declare independence only months apart, and enter into a state union/confederation soon afterwards to ensure mutual stability and protection. (In RL, a Finnish-Estonian confederation really was suggested around 1918, but it never went anywhere because Finland was busy with its civil war. Because in this timeline Finland declares independence earlier than in RL, communism hasn't gotten a strong enough representation in Finland yet, and the Finnish Civil War fails to occur.)
TL;DR: Finland and Estonia elope. Being badass together and annexing Ingria and Karelia while Russia's busy fighting himself is entirely optional. But mostly I just want Finnic marriage fluff.
Seconded like burning. If I thought I could pull this off, I would take it myself, but I cannot. So, I hope someone else picks it up. *crosses fingers*
